Our primary goal is to return our patients to an independent level of strength and safety, sending them home with confidence. At Compass Rehabilitation Center we have CPM Machine partnered with Mountain Land Rehabilitation to provide the finest in rehabilitative therapy. Mountain Land’s orthopedic rehabilitation teams are made up of experienced therapists who specialize in one-onone techniques and treatment plans for patients

Our Therapy Gym:
Compass Rehabilitation Center offers patients the advanced technology and leading edge equipment necessary to get our patients back to the activities they enjoy. Our therapy gym is complete with sophisticated unweighting systems, that allow patients to progress at levels appropriate to their treatment plan.

Nursing:
We have an experienced skilled nursing staff on the premises 24 hours a day 7 days a week, to provide consistent and professional care to our patients. We closely monitor our patient’s progress and communicate fully with their doctor(s) to help our patients achieve their highest level of function. Family members are kept abreast of their family member’s progress on a regular basis.

Social Services:
We have a social worker on staff that can assist our patients and their families with discharge planning and any social issues that may arise during their stay.

Dietary:
We offer a fine dining Goniometer Knee experience for our patients. We maintain high standards that are reflected in our delicious meals.
